main responsibilities:
-provide technical support and services to customers of process industry in china
-identify customer needs and expectations and formulate an offering to meet those needs
-review service requests for repairs and maintenance, determine nature of problem and recommend appropriate solutions
-implementation of good safety practice of technical service activity
requirements:
-bachelor’s degree or above, major in process automation, electrical and electronics engineering, applied physics or related fields
-minimum 3 years’ working experience, around 2 years’ customer service or technical support experience in process automation is preferred
-good communication skills
-aptitude to work under pressure and independently
-strong ability of problem solving in fields
-customer and result oriented
-committed, responsible and initiative working attitude
-fluency in spoken and written english is preferred
-flexibility in travel
